Experience the first ever Prime Bistro Bourbon Dinner on March 6th featuring our one-of-a-kind custom blend of Maker’s Mark, The Spirit of ‘56.

Chef & Owner, Clarke Merrell along with our General Manager, Sonya and Lead Bartender, Connor travelled to the Maker’s Mark Distillery in Kentucky to develop our own special blend of bourbon to share with our guests. It is a limited edition bourbon with no other like it in the world.

We will be celebrating this release with a special event featuring a 5-course menu paired with 4 bourbon drinks, including a neat pour for a guided tasting and three cocktails. A representative of Maker’s Mark will guide the tasting and acquaint guests with the world of fine bourbon.

The event is from 6pm-9pm on Thursday, 3/6. Seats are limited. Once you purchase tickets, we will add the attendees' names to our reservations for the event.
